Jeff Clark is in deep, deep trouble
holy fucking shit, Jeffrey Clark is fuuuuuuuuuuuuucked
NEW: Trump White House lawyer Eric Herschmann told Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark about his plan to help Trump overturn 2020 election, per testimony — “Congratulations. You just admitted your first act as Attorney General would be committing a felony.”
If you haven't been in the DOJ, might be hard to imagine how outrageous it is that Clark went to the White House on 12/22/20, with Scott Perry, without notifying the AG and DAG. It is an instant firing offense. It is completely beyond the pale.
Why do they keep calling Jeffrey Clark an “environmental lawyer”? He’s an ANTI-ENVIRONMENTAL lawyer, a hired gun for the fossil fuel industry whom Trump stashed in DOJ. Let’s keep that straight. Don’t give environmental lawyers a bad name, please!
BREAKING: Feds raid home of Jeffrey Clark, former DOJ official who conspired with Trump to pressure DOJ into falsely declaring election fraud in late 2020.
This is a VERY big deal — DOJ is now officially overt in its investigation of the high-ranking officials behind January 6.
Wow! It looks like Trump/Eastman installed an apparent co-conspirator, Ken Klukowski, in the DOJ just one month prior to 1/6 to work with Jeff Clark to corruptly overturn the election results. Breathtaking criminality.
Here are those visitor logs the White House tried to block. They show Clark visiting Trump in violation of DOJ policy.
Clark is in deep, deep trouble.
The fact that the WH had begun referring to Clark as the acting attorney general on the afternoon of Jan. 3 should give us pause. The WH and Trump also knew that Clark was ready to send that letter to Georgia. That's how close US came to seeing an election thrown into utter chaos
Former Trump White House lawyer Eric Herschmann on Jeff Clark’s plan to overturn the election:
"Congratulations, you just admitted your first step or act you would take as Attorney General would be committing a felony..."

Loved it when Chuck Rosenberg corrected Andrea Mitchell to say it wasn’t a “raid” on Jeffrey Clark’s house. It was a legal search based on a lawful order from a judge. And Andrea went into humanuhhumanuhhumanah. @msnbc
John Eastman and Jeffrey Clark are symbols of how Trump so frequently granted access and power to minor, peripheral figures qualified only by their eagerness to abet him in his deceptions and conspiracies.
The new era of criminalizing politics is worsening in the US. Yesterday more than a dozen DOJ law enforcement officials searched Jeff Clark’s house in a pre dawn raid, put him in the streets in his pjs, and took his electronic devices. 1/2
WH lawyer Eric Herschmann on what he told Jeff Clark:
"I said ... fucking a-hole ... congratulations: You've just admitted your first step you'd take as attorney general would be committing a felony and violating Rule 6-c. You're clearly the right candidate for this job."
Jeffrey Clark plead the Fifth over 125 times.
DOJ raids former employee Jeff Clark’s home but never raided McCabe’s, Strozk’s, Page’s, Clinesmith’s, Sussmann’s, Elias’s, or Comey’s.
Make no mistake, this isn’t about justice.
This is a warning to everyone inside DOJ to never whistleblow or oppose the regime.
Jeff Clark and John Eastman have this week become very dangerous figures for Mark Meadows and Donald Trump. They have the information and the motivation: Trump played them both for ambitious stooges.
I have no idea what possible excuse AG could come up with for not prosecuting at bare min: Trump, Eastman, Clark and Giuliani and the House 6
The Center for Renewing America - Jeffrey Clark’s employer- is a project of the Conservative Partnership Institute- run by Mark Meadows, Cleta Mitchell, Jim DeMint, and funded in part by Trump’s leadership PAC.
https://t.co/eZFPTC3NfLJeff Clark is having a bad day.
The FBI raided his house.
And his DOJ coup plot was exposed on TV in Congress.
Prisoner dilemma game will now commence w/ 1st round players to include Clark, Meadows, & Eastman. The one who hands TFG to DOJ will get significant leniency. Who will be the smart one among this band of miscreants?
Trump's plot to corrupt DOJ was so far along that WH call logs designated Jeff Clark as AG before meeting where Rosen & Donoghue faced Trump down, told him DOJ senior officials were all ready to resign if he made Clark AG.

It has been pointed out, I should have referred to Clark as "DOJ sedition-guy" not treason. A fair point.
WTF? Jeff Clark went on Fox/Tucker Carlson today. That is a textbook inane move for someone who just had a search warrant served on him. And who has been taking the 5th. He calls service of search warrant"Stasi like." A self-respecting attorney would resign the representation.
Jeffrey Clark is a reprehensible pettifogger who will be held accountable for his corrupt conduct.
How on earth is Jeffrey Clark on Tucker Carlson tonight? Shouldn't be be talking to his defense attorney?
On Carlson now, Clark used the word "Stasi," Carlson called it Stalinism and said "Someone's going to fight back and it's going to get super-ugly" and then prayed that won't happen while obviously hoping it will happen.
A ghastly propagandist talking to a pathetic mediocrity.

This hearing is bananas. SECDEF calling the attaché to investigate satellite conspiracy. Clark asking Rosen to stay on as his deputy. The Kraken herself confirming POTUS asked her to serve as Special Counsel. More to come I’m sure.
https://t.co/IwqyMD0pz3Former FBI official Andrew McCabe on CNN says FBI search on Clark home is a big deal, means that Clark is a target or subject of a criminal investigation, went to a judge and said believes evidence of criminal activity in his home, likely already got warrants on his phone, etc
