Dorsett doesn't turn to see a good blitz-beating throw from Brady. Brady hits Jacobi Meyers for a first down - dropped. On fourth down, Brady has no time to throw with two blitzers running free at him. You have to feel sorry for Tom Brady.
Phillip Dorsett said the officiating Sunday was frustrating and that he was suprised he didn't draw a DPI call late in the game. Said he was 99% sure he was interfered with.
should be completely embarrassed by Jerome Boger and crew today —- missed scoop and score by @BumpNrunGilm0re
, missed TD by @NkealHarry15
, missed PI against Dorsett, three “penalties” with flags picked up. This is as bad as it gets.
In fairness, Dorsett got roughed up on this one just as much as Gilmore did by Watkins behind the bench, and they didn’t call that either https://t.co/sP3xNkVeGc
Dorsett said he was 99% sure he was going to see a flag for DPI. Said he was really surprised when it didn’t happen
3 pictures of the bullshit calls that fucked over pats, Gilmore would’ve gotten a huge amount of yards if not a touchdown. Dorsett gets held before he can even catch the ball (no pass interference). Lastly Harry they said stepped out but it was obviously a touchdown... fuck refs https://t.co/tU19QBxdLf
Phillip Dorsett is apoplectic after the no call.
According to the @NFL
N’Keal Harry is out of bounds. And Phillip Dorsett is not being blatantly interfered with. Cool, cool, cool. https://t.co/OfbMzZEK1N
Patriots WR snap count (halftime/unofficial):
Julian Edelman - 35
Mohamed Sanu - 22
Phillip Dorsett - 16
Jakobi Meyers - 14
N'Keal Harry - 1
Patriots using Edelman/Sanu as top WRs in 2-WR set.
In 3 WR package, it has mostly been Edelman/Dorsett/Meyers.
Phillip Dorsett said he was 99 percent sure he was interfered with on the final possession.
Phillip Dorsett on not scoring in the final two drives: That was the plan… but at the end of the day we didn’t. That’s why we can’t say the refs blew the game because we still had a chance to score and we didn’t. We’ve got to play better.
You mean these circumstances:
1) Kelce down by contact (cost them a TD)
2) Harry called OoB (cost them a TD)
3) Dorsett PI non call (cost them 1st and goal from 6)
The chiefs 5 biggest plays:
1) Fumble refun for TD prematurely called dead
2) Harry TD no call
3) Dorsett DPI no call
4) lucky int - corner lost in shuttle
5) Kelce 1st down, should have been called back
Brady is 42. He needs better players than Dorsett and Meyers to throw to. End of story
Love them or hate them, Patriots got completely robbed today. The fumble recovery that should have been returned for a TD, the Harry TD that wasn’t called a TD, blatant PI on Dorsett on the last drive that wasn’t called. Refs in this game were atrocious.
The fumble scoop and score, this td, and the Dorsett non pi call...........
Phillip Dorsett: “I was 99% confident that I was interfered with.”
The officiating was horrible. Ruined the game. Both Sides. N'Keal scored a TD, Gilmore should have scored one, and Dorsett clearly got interfered with. I get your brother is a beast and plays for KC. But this game should be in OT.
#NEvsKC Ref 2nd Half:
- Bad ball placement, Pats lose challenge
- Kelce fumble missed, forcing NE to use last challenge, stopping Gilmore’s return
- Harry stays inbounds, TD is called back; no challenges left
- Missed DPI call on Dorsett
- Play clock runs after Meyers dropped TD
Yes, Meyers has had some bad lows, but they’ve been mental. Not insignificant but things he knows he has to correct and can focus on. Time will tell how long it takes to click.
And in defense of Dorsett, his route tree is very limited, so limited size
The last 2 weeks..
Dorsett 2 for 15
Watson 2 for 30
Sanu 4 for 27
Meyers 4 for 81 not including the two catches for 50+yards taken away by penalties.
Jakobi Meyers has outplayed 3 fucking vets COMBINED the last two weeks.@bigjimmurray
I guess i’ll deal with the missed fumble call and the Harry “non” touchdown call...but that missed PI call on Dorsett around the 3 yd line was horrendous. How do you miss that...
I’m not a fan of the Patriots, but they really got hosed by the @nfl tonight.
Time to re-evaluate your replay & challenge rules. How hard is it to have a central replay crew?
That Harry touchdown and Dorsett pass interference should NEVER be missed.
He's missing the Nkeal TD, the Gilly TD, the missed DPI on Dorsett which is most likely a catch.
I'm not buying it.
I like Dorsett. But when he has mental mistakes, they let him stay in the game. When Harry has one, they sit him on the bench for the rest of the game. And that ISN'T right to me.
WHERES THE EXPLANATION FOR
-KC GETTING STUFFED ON 3RD DOWN
-FUMBLE BLOWN DEAD
-NO PI FOR DORSETT
YOUR RIGGED LEAGUE IS HORSESHIT.
ONCE BRADY RETIRES, IM FONE WATCHING YOUR BULLSHIT
THIS IS 2015 SLL OVER AGAIN, WHENYOU RIGGED SHIT FOR DENVER
Brady might want to try not under throwing his receivers. On the 1st TD we got lucky with a PI because Brady under threw Dorsett. Also lucky Edelman still got into the endzone cause he has to stall and wait for Bradys pass to get there.
