Serebii Update: Previews for Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl have been released revealing details including the addition of auto-save, Pokémon Storage details and Exp Share being active from the start. Details @ https://t.co/gDbXkHSvkT
everyone's crying about EXP Share when more people should be talking about SINGLE USE TMs COMING BACK WHY https://t.co/4hipGGec6F
people care so much about not being able to turn off EXP Share because it makes the game "too easy"
bruh pokemon games were never challenging to begin with, grinding was just tedious and not fun lmao
For those of you complaining about the EXP share tells me you haven't played any other JRPG besides Pokémon. Before you pick up BDSP, maybe culture yourselves with Octopath Traveler, Bravely Default, Ni no Kuni, or even FF. This is nothing new, Pokemon is just playing catch up
Y’all complaining about a exp share? Why don’t y’all SHARE your number around, and EXPERIENCE some bitches
I see you all tweeting about Exp. Share
Did you know the Serebii Item Database contains full details of where you can get the Exp. Share across every Pokémon game? It does this for every item in the games, too!
Check it out!
Game Freak after revealing that Pokémon Legends Arceus isn't open world and BDSP has permanent Exp Share in the same week https://t.co/g47fDxbmZY
I just love that EXP Share is trending & folks are attacking Gamefreak but they're not the ones developing the Diamond & Pearl remakes lmaooo
You people are drones fr
if u like the grind and want the option to toggle it off that's understandable
I'm just saying that the old way of playing isn't any more difficult than how it is now, it's just more time consuming. EXP Share is just a quality of life thing that saves time
I only hope that one day the Exp Share works on all the Pokémon in your PC boxes too.
“I would prefer if my EXP Share was not on” 🚩🚩🚩
maaaan fuck a EXP SHARE! I need to SHARE with you all the EXPERIENCE about going outside & meeting women instead complaining on twitter about a Pokemon game. https://t.co/Kmkg95oZI1
The only thing I would like from a Pokémon game is the ability to control and adjust mechanics that affect the games difficulty.
Like, it’s one of the biggest franchises in the world. Give me the choice to turn off exp share or change the games difficulty at least. 😭 https://t.co/XYyPp2Ee5p
pokemon fans are the only rpg community that can possibly hate any form of exp share for some reason
I know BDSP is aiming to be a faithful remake of Pokémon DPP, but in a perfect world I’d make TMs multi-use, make EXP Share toggleable and then stay faithful from there, but that’s just me.
Wait why are we mad at the exp share again this is good right
Grinding in Sinnoh is absolute cock
Every defender says this, but doesnt understand that pokemon is 1v1 and every other jrpg is 4v4, it does not make sense that the characters not in the party get exp!!
Also why defend against the option to turn exp share off! https://t.co/fgRjDUluJR
i don’t care about the forced exp share in pokemon there’s no joy for me in grinding you don’t get a medal for being willing to go through that
The fact that people can’t differentiate “I hate that the Exp. Share can’t be turned off” from “I hate the Exp. Share” boggles my mind
yeah this sums up my thoughts
Everyone getting so aggressive over exp share
I think at this point I've accepted the Exp Share, but I hope they bump up the levels of trainer/wild Pokemon to compensate for the increased exp gain instead of sticking so close to the original.
Wouldn't fix the problem, but would keep some mild challenge.
I actually got around the EXP share in SwSh by using a team of 12, which was enjoyable at the time, but I just want to use 6 pokemon this time, I even planned out a team. And it doesn't help that I can't get around the EXP Share in the post game without literally using 1 pokemon.
Not being able to turn off EXP Share is dumb af
theres also the aspect of the nuzlocke being a really popular challenge run, and if you are imposing a level limit, forced exp share just makes it more annoying. I dont mind exp share during causal playthroughs at all, but i think its never *bad* to have more toggleable options
“I don’t like exp share I want the game to be difficult”
“Do a nuzlocke then.”
“Then you don’t want the game to be difficult.”
Holy heck! I genuinely never thought about it like that. So you're suggesting BDSP will have higher level trainers because the game is expecting all players to be at an advantage with exp share always on?
So there's a thing about the EXP Share not being able to be disabled in BDSP. I personally don't have an issue with it, but the fact that people who are more hardcore players can't disable it through an option or something makes it seem like TPC doesn't care abput their vet fans.
