Sorry lads. I asked Miyazaki himself and he said no Elden Ring until GRRM beats Bloodborne fist only 🤷♂️
Now that Elden Ring is confirmed grrm can go back to work on winds of winter right?
I just have no fucking clue what GRRM brings to Miyazaki's set up that isn't already present?
personally i struggle to maintain interest in a single thing for more than a few months at a time so GRRM doing everything else except finishing a project he started in the 90s seems perfectly understandable to me
sanderson got his characters in fortnite while GRRM making one of the greatest game of all time
Paying GRRM $10 million for him to say “dragons… some kind of european-esque setting… a few weird guys…. an evil ring? *waves hand vaguely*” https://t.co/OSGts6yYRN
How you know GRRM was not pleased with how much fantasy was missing from Game of Thrones: This trailer. Looks really great, I might actually play it. https://t.co/137xhmLWA1
Since he's in the news today, I still think GRRM dragged his feet on Winds of Winter and thus A Dream of Spring and floated his test ending to Weiss and Benioff. Now that it flopped, he's gonna go another direction.
nao vai dar amore to esperando o grrm publicar os ventos do inverno
You don't have to like GRRM's writing, but you gotta appreciate his attention to detail. Everything he does is intentional, and glossing over this is how the show went off the rails.
GRRM hasn't released the last 2 books because he's terrified of pissing off the show fans. Everyone who's read the books and is familiar with your body of work knows how this will end, just pull the trigger, bestie.
I don’t even care about a Winds release date rn, because we have one for ELDEN RING!!! Jan 21st, Fam!
(It’s the video game written by GRRM and created by the studio that did Dark Souls) AHHHH! https://t.co/JS7PmpjPMI
the shift to open-world is the real draw here. I *guarantee* you that every single person at From Software played Breath of the Wild for 200 hours (each) and a Dark Souls + BOTW game is extremely exciting. absolutely do not care at all about GRRM
It looks wondrous, but I get the sense the lore GRRM helped with is not nearly as cool as the stuff they came up with entirely on their own for Bloodborne. Those creatures though!
If GRRM has the major plot beats bransan can slam the door shut in no time I’m sure of it
Can’t go wrong with GRRM’s word building but I sure do hope Elden Ring doesn’t incorporate his fondness for unnecessary sexism 🥴
GRRM always shows in his writing, it makes him that much more innovating and captivating to read. You can see the influence in James SA Corey, too.
" ببساطة كانت هذه أسهل طريقة من وجهة نظري لتسجيل الهدف وتحقيق الانتصار " .

Jaime’s type is honorable knights. The Blackfish, Ser Arthur Dayne, and Brienne. It’s a definitive pattern. I didn’t write this story, GRRM did.
workers right extends to grrm sorry if the man wants to take an extended break, see the sights, smell the flowers who are we to complain
they mentioned in the interview back when the game was first announced iirc
basically GRRM wrote the background for the world and its history, while Miyazaki is writing the plot and building stuff from off of that world base
Not me, GRRM is a boss, I love his Wild Card series and the collaboration brought a lot of hype, friends who dont even care about videogames have asked me about Elden Ring
