I hate Jon Cooper so much, the man finds a way to make everything irritating. Kadri fully embarrasses the Lightning D with a return-from-injury OT winner and here we all are scouring the rule book & grainy screenshots because Nathan Mackinnon went through a door too slow.
Last night, and this entire postseason, have proven that Gabriel Landeskog is everything to this team.
You put him on any line, that line automatically just works. He’s the safety blanket for all of his linemates.
Kadri can’t take faceoffs? Landeskog steps in and dominates.

https://t.co/LwW6O4G3QZKadri came on while the man he was replacing was about 40 feet from the bench. We can talk about it all day but it’s not going to change. Lightning have been on the other side of this too. Time to turn the page for #GoBolts
https://t.co/eVs3kzcfI8Mikko Rantanen Over 0.5 Assists (-124)
Hit in 7 in a row, and 8/9 this playoffs at home. Hes been on a tear and that Avs PP is cooking. Kadri is back, and Rantanen went back up to Line 1 with Mack.

A weekend without Oilers hockey is still a weekend... can Kane HIT kadri again?? That'd be nice.
TGIF Oilers peeps
I hate Jon Cooper so much, the man finds a way to make everything irritating. Kadri fully embarrasses the Lightning D with a return-from-injury OT winner as there's a drive into deep left field by Castellanos and that'll be a home run. And so that'll make it a 4-0 ballgame.
https://t.co/G5nzCdk5RE“Every single break”
-Girard Broken Sternum
-Kadri Broken thumb
-Cogliano Broken finger
-Burakovsky Injured twice
-Kuemper injured twice
To Refute this other BS:
-Suros injury is irrelevant.
-Avs still beat Oilers with healthy Leon (Prob not a sweep)
-Makar goal was correct call
https://t.co/qWLcAMPms8@DownGoesBrown There were two textbook too many men calls that could have been made on the play
- Kadri comes on when MacK is 42 feet away and not in the 5 foot buffer, automatic penalty
- Kadri touches the puck while MacK is still on the ice, another automatic penalty
Nazem Kadri est devenu, hier, le 9e joueur de l'histoire de la LNH à marquer en prolongation, lors de son premier match disputé en finale de la Coupe Stanley 👇
@njs420 @wyshynski @Avalanche Yea he got what was coming to him. Came back and destroyed the defending Stanley Cup champions and helped lead the Avs to win the Cup for the first time in 20 years. Damn it must feel good to be Kadri
@lukefoxjukebox The most artistic goal scorer of all time (Mario Lemieux) had this to say about Kadri’s goal.
“Nice goal”.
{Probably}
@DownGoesBrown I don’t get it - it was such an egregious violation of the rule that led directly to the goal, no way Kadri gets that open if he doesn’t have the 5 second head start on the play. Why even have a too many men rule if you don’t call it on the most important goal of the season?
https://t.co/EKOrF4bSL8 One day I’m going to have an NHL podcast interviewing players and my first interview is going to be a sit down between Kadri and Binnington.
