I am so desperately sad to hear about Nikki Graham x my thoughts are with her friends and family xx she really was the funniest , most bubbly sweetest girl x❤️❤️❤️💔
to this day 15 years later if you say “who is she” someone is guaranteed to shout “WHO IS SHE” straight after with nikki style hand gestures. a pop culture icon. RIP queen.
Absolutely devastated to hear the news about Nikki Grahame’s death. For people my age in 2006, she defined what it meant to be a reality tv personality before reality tv really became what it is now. Endlessly quotable, instantly beloved and a character no one will ever forget.

RIP Nikki Grahame. A true icon of British TV, loved by so so many ♥️
RIP Nikki Grahame, a true icon ❤️

This has broken my heart and disturbed my spirit. Nikki Grahame’s mother has said that being without the gym has made it difficult for Nikki to manage an eating routine. People scoffed when some of us said gyms are lifelines for a lot of people, but this is the reality.
Please be aware when sharing news of Nikki Grahame’s death that photos of her very unwell are going to be hugely distressing for a lot of people, especially those with ED’s. She deserves more than to have her body shared in these circumstances and it could be harmful for others.
‘Who is she’? The best housemate ever! Night, night Princess Nikki!

Forever Iconic😇 RIP Nikki Grahame

Bloody hell, just read the sad news about Nikki Grahame. Definitely one of the stars from the glory years of reality tv. I met her a long time ago and she was a lovely girl. RIP young lady.
Absolutely heartbreaking that Nikki Grahame has died aged 38 after a lifelong battle with anorexia. 💔
Eating disorders are extremely misunderstood by the majority of people, and they truly devastate lives.
Thinking of Nikki’s loved ones at this time. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Horrifying to hear about Nikki Grahame. What a tragedy. Eating disorders are the highest cause of death in any mental illness. Would be great if articles like this one could stop posting a diet tool under an article about an eating disorder related death
@SkyNews Have some sense.
https://t.co/ncpEeNWlBxThe passing of Nikki Grahame after her battle with anorexia is heartbreaking. Eating disorders are so misunderstood because we, as a society, have become obsessed with diet culture, editing pictures, and striving for what the media tells us is perfection.

I reference this moment a lot and the thought of it makes me laugh regularly. Nikki Grahame, an absolutely hilarious and endearing character. RIP. ❤️

friends with eating disorders, just be aware nikki grahame has sadly died and there are some distressing images about. stay safe. people without EDs please be careful about boosting some links as they’re appearing in image description. x
The fact that Nikki Grahame was literally on the brink of death and still couldn't get NHS funded treatment really shows the state of eating disorder care in the UK.
Aw so sad to hear about Nikki Graham 💓 She was such a vulnerable soul. RIP Princess 💓
HEARTBROKEN to hear this devastating news that the incredible force of nature that is Nikki Grahame has passed away. We messaged some love to each other just a few weeks ago and I cannot believe this is happening. We love you Nikki 💔💔💔
https://t.co/GGY286uBz4Nikki Grahame has passed away, a person so full of character and life killed by an illness so commonly misunderstood in our society that we allow significant triggers (i.e. diet culture) to continue to perpetuate it.
This is heartbreaking news. Anorexia does not discriminate.
This will go down in Reality Tv History. Rest in Peace Nikki.

Nikki Grahame's anorexia and DMX's addiction both raise the same questions: why does our society treat addiction and eating disorders as if they're choices? Why are they stigmatised to the point where sufferers feel ashamed? And why is getting free help so difficult?
I know they are completely different people, but DMX and Nikki Grahame in two days is just so unfathomably cruel. It’s the brutality of seeing someone die after a lifelong battle with illness. You always hope for the recovery narrative, but for so many it just doesn’t happen.
Absolutely nobody should die from an eating disorder. So, so sad to hear about Nikki Grahame dying after battling anorexia for most of her life. This illness is devastating to the sufferers and people that care about them. All deaths resulting from ED’s are tragic and unnecessary
Nikki Grahame was an *absolute Queen* first person I ever truly identified with on TV who was truly herself, had huge emotions without being apologetic, open about her mental illness, was hilarious, just all round icon, really really hope she is at peace now
R.I.P Nikki Grahame a true british tv icon. ❤️
We are desperately saddened by the tragic news about Nikki Grahame and our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Nikki’s family and friends. For anyone suffering with eating disorders, help is available
https://t.co/qh8NcB9zD9Nikki Grahame died aged 38 from anorexia. Amy Winehouse died age 27 from alcohol because her bulimia had made her so physically small and weak. Eating disorders are a serious, horrid illness that are taking victims away while they are still young and need to stop being mocked
