It’s stunning to hear Mitch McConnell say out loud he won’t confirm a Biden nominee to the Supreme Court if he’s in control of the Senate. Don’t just look AT Mitch; look BEHIND Mitch.

Okay, this is pretty funny. The Supreme Court said that the challenge to the ACA had to be thrown out because all the Republican states objecting to it suffered no real harm. Why? Because the individual mandate penalty was dropped to $0. It’s the GOP that dropped it to zero!

7 to 2 is considered a wide bipartisan margin by which the Supreme Court just rejected the latest challenge to Obamacare. It said Texas and other individual plaintiffs lack sufficient injury (standing) to sue. Only Alito and Gorsuch dissent. Breyer wrote the opinion.
