"Year 6" is trending

So my son’s year 6 class (primary10- 11 yr olds) had one “they/them” come out at the start of the week. Now there’s two. No social contagion though. watch this space….

@smithsmm And moving away from play based learning too soon. Put a year 6 in a continuous provision environment and watch. Their play will not be too dissimilar to that of a 4/5 year old. In fact put a year 7 in their as well.

Pity the poor school who had a Section 48 Ofsted with the Diocese of Westminster today and pity the Year 6 teacher who was observed teaching, the children and teacher were exhausted, now upset and angry.
